2009 Rosé

Described as "Summer in a Glass", our 2009 Rosé has been produced using traditional methods with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz grapes. It is vibrant pale pink in colour and presents with fresh raspberry and strawberry aromas. Succulent blackberry and cherry flavours fill the palate that has a clean and crisp finish.

2008 Shiraz

The 2008 Shiraz has a powerful aroma of dark cherries and spicy vanilla. The palate is even and smooth, showing flavours of blackcurrant and cinnamon. It has subtle hints of chocolate and vanilla on the finish with fine, delicate tannins adding to its complexity.

2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

The 2009 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is a Semillon dominated blend handpicked to ensure only the best parcels of fruit contribute to this wine. It's alive with fresh lime and lemon pith with underlying grassy tones. The palate is elegant in structure with citrus fruits dominating a fresh, mineral acidity finish. Match with crisp salads and fresh grilled fish.

2008 Merlot

The 2008 Merlot displays varietal aromas of ripe mulberries and spicy vanilla with hints of chocolate mint. The palate is soft and flavoursome with fresh blueberry. Touches of cedar and toasty oak linger on the finish. A velvety and elegant wine.

Would match beautifully with game dishes such as rabbit or with a rack of lamb - perfect for celebrating with friends.

2008 Unwooded Chardonnay

Wild Orchid's 2008 Unwooded Chardonnay displays a perfumed aroma of fresh pear and nectarine with hints of orange blossom. The palate is soft and rounded with white stone fruit flavours dominating. Crisp fruit acidity provides a clean and balanced finish.

A refreshing wine that will suit any occassion.

2008 Cabernet Merlot

This blend has been crafted using 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes. It displays fresh aromas of juicy blackcurrants and plum fruits with subtle hints of cinnamon spice. The palate is full of blackberry and dark cherry flavour, which has a soft finish with lingering fine-grained tannins.
