Our Wines...
We take pride in growing premium fruit and turning that into great wine for your enjoyment. Our vines are grown in gravelly loam soils on a northern facing slope of our Boyup Brook property, and managed under our environmental management system to ensure that sustainable enterprise and healthy environment for generations to come.

2010 Rosé Described as "Summer in a Glass", our 2010 Rosé has been produced using traditional methods with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz grapes. It is vibrant pale pink in colour and presents with fresh raspberry and strawberry aromas. Succulent blackberry and cherry flavours fill the palate that has a clean and crisp finish.

2008 Cabernet Merlot This blend has been crafted using 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot grapes. It displays fresh aromas of juicy blackcurrants and plum fruits with subtle hints of cinnamon spice. The palate is full of blackberry and dark cherry flavour, which has a soft finish with lingering fine-grained tannins.

2011 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc Our 2011 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has a vibrant nose displaying lemons and stone fruit aromas with underlying freshly cut grass characters with hints of tropical fruits. Comprising of 85% Semillon and 15% Sauvignon Blanc, the initial flavours of lemons and limes lead to a richer mid-palate of pears and pineapple with hints of passionfruit and a long crisp grassy finish. 2010 Merlot The 2010 Merlot displays varietal aromas of black currant and plum with hints of vanilla and coffee. The palate presents sweet plums and mulberries with savoury tones of cloves and vanilla. It has a soft and lasting finish with underlying flavours of mint chocolate. 2011 Unwooded Chardonnay Wild Orchid's 2011 Unwooded Chardonnay has a fine and elegant style that emphasises the primary fruit flavours. Aromas of nectarine, honeydew melon and hints of blossom and spice lead to a palate of madarin and stone fruits. This wine has a crisp, refreshing grapefruit acidity. 2010 Shiraz The 2010 Shiraz displays lifted aromas of raspberry and dark cherry with vanilla and cinnamon. The palate is rich and complex, with blackberry, cherry and vanilla flavours. Undertones of toast mocha give a lasting finish to this very elegant wine.
